Our guarantee is that it will work if you follow the guidelines in our Thread Reference Guides. We also guarantee the best customer service you will ever experience. If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back.
Businesses Only Businesses may return items at their expense within 60 days of the original invoice date. All items must be in original and resalable condition (no additional labels, stickers attached). We reserve the right to refuse or adjust returns based on the condition of the returned products. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.
Availability If our products are not available in a store in your area (see Store Locator), please ask, beg, and plead with them to add Superior products. Until that happy day comes, you can order directly from us.

Thread Colors Although we try to make the online images as accurate as possible, actual thread colors may vary due to individual computer monitor resolution. Color Cards made with the actual thread are available for only $3.00 per card.

Origins
Superior Threads began in 1998 as an at-home business by husband and wife duo, Bob and Heather Purcell. Superior Threads was started out of the Purcell’s garage, and now spans over a 25,000 sq/ft facility in the red rocks of St. George, Utah.
