Box Challenge

Recently we had a "Box Challenge" with our warehouse staff.
Dividing the group in two, we wanted to see who could make the best quality boxes in the shortest period of time.

Our warehouse manager Josh, likes to make work fun. This training session was a review with a little added healthy competition.
Learning how to pack boxes is an important skill here at Superior Threads. Bob reminds employees that his mother's maiden name is "Packer" so properly packing a box is in his genes. A properly constructed box is much stronger than a poorly constructed box and our shipments must arrive in excellent condition.
Each team was given 12 boxes of assorted sizes. Each box must be well taped and finished in a timely manner.
Team #1 won in speed. They completed in 2 1/2 minutes.

But, team #2 won for best presentation in taping.
Our goal is that the real winners are you, our customers.
