Lessons from Dr. Bob and Mother Superior

Posted: 24 May 2010 at 6:07 a.m.
With every session of The School of Threadology, Bob and I like to share with students our knowledge when working with Superior Threads.

Bob teaches a class called Thread Therapy with Dr. Bob.

If you have ever experienced frustration when working with specialty and decorative threads, Bob offers a guide to help you successfully solve everyday problems.
You will leave his class understanding thread quality, needle selection, how to adjust the tension of your machines, and correct cone/spool position when sewing.

Most people make a quilt and then select a thread to match on the top. I work the other way around. I select a thread, and then design a quilt around it, to show how our threads can be used.

My class offers a trunk show featuring many of the quilts by award winning artists that have worked with Superior Threads over the years.

I share with you some of the quilts that have been given as thank you gifts from some very talented people.
Ricci is dedicated to making sure every detail is provided for your comfort at the School of Threadology.
Please see our Web Site for upcoming sessions. If you have any questions about the School of Threadolgy, please contact ricci@superiorthreads.com
