I wrote to machine company's headquarters and they referred me to your website which, by the way, is quite wonderful. Do you have thread suggestions for my machine?"

Your machine should like any high quality thread. To be told that a
machine should use only a specific brand of thread is like saying that a new car must run only on Chevron brand gasoline. It sounds like the dealer was trying to sell the brand of thread he carries. I'm glad the manufacturer referred us.
