    I haven't tried the prewound bobbins yet, but I intend to, but I have had the opportunity to experience your customer service and it is far and above the best I have EVER experienced. I haven't had the opportunity to quilt much this past year but I plan on getting back to it and look forward to trying more of your products. Happy New Year to you and your family.
