Superior's Snap Spool

Kitten with yarn unraveling so fasat

Have you ever put a spool of thread away when you’re done with it and it just unravels? Isn’t it annoying when that happens? This is why we decided to offer most of our spools with a special cap. Our snap cap is perfect for preventing kittens from finding your spool and completely unraveling it in 3 minutes and 40 seconds!  (Kid proof too!)

Now that you have the solution to storing your spools of thread, how do you keep thread on your cones when not in use?

We have an idea, but want to know, what do you do?

OHHHHH, that cap is so cool! Thank you!

I put my cones into the cone bags you sell. It keeps them contained and ensures they will not collect dust. The slot in the bottom of the Magnifico cones is handy for tucking the end into as well. It might roughen up the end a little, but that's a small price to pay for tidy thread.

I wrap a piece of Hugo's Amazing tape around my cones to secure the thread.

The problem I have with the caps is getting them off. I have to use my sewing screw driver to lift them off. Am I doing something wrong? Other than that I love them and wish all thread spools had something like that.
