Within the continental U.S., we ship via UPS. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped Priority Mail via the Post Office or via UPS if requested. Within the continental U.S., shipping is usually $8.95 for the first $100 order value and increases at the very reasonable rate of $1.00 per every addition $100 order value. For example, shipping on an order in the $101 to $200 range would be $9.95. Large or heavy orders may be more. Shipping rates are subject to change.
For international orders, we ship via the Post Office or UPS. If via the Post Office, we ship Priority or Express Mail International. Although the printed estimated delivery time may state 3 to 5 days, experience shows that some orders take as long as 4 to 6 weeks and there is no guaranteed delivery time. We recommend using UPS. Even though the cost is a little higher, the service is very fast, reliable, and guaranteed. International shipping rates vary by destination.

You may return items at your expense within 60 days of the original invoice date. All items must be in original and resalable condition (no additional labels, stickers attached). We reserve the right to refuse or adjust returns based on the condition of the returned products. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns and the balance due will be posted as a credit on your account. All returned items must have been originally purchased directly from Superior Threads.
