Superior Threads offers very informative and interesting seminars and workshops which teach about thread types and qualities and how to successfully use all types of quality threads. The seminar has been presented at most major national quilting and sewing events in the US including International Quilt Festival (Houston), AQS (Paducah), Road to California, Sewing & Stitchery Expo (Puyallup, WA), NQA (Columbus) and QHC (Lancaster, PA).
As a result of numerous requests to present seminars at local quilt guilds and quilt stores, we are pleased to make this program available. In addition to the seminar, we offer our "Open Thread Bar" workshops which provide quilters with exciting hands-on instruction using a variety of specialty threads. We do not take products to sell when we teach. We are there to educate.

EXPENSES
Our charge ranges between $400 and $500 for one full day of instruction. Airfare and accommodations are the responsibility of the store or guild. We promise that your group will receive the absolute best there is in terms of information, education and presentation. We have nearly a 100% "Will you please come back?" request rate. Below are sample schedules. We will work with you to create a program that meets your needs.
OPTIONS FOR QUILT STORES AND SEWING MACHINE DEALERS
Please create a schedule that works best for you and your customers. We recommend either the full day workshop or two half day workshops, plus the seminar in the evening. Listed prices are recommended prices only. You can change the prices as necessary to meet your needs. If class demand is strong, it is possible to schedule two days back-to-back.
OPTIONS FOR GUILD PROGRAMS
Our "Thread Facts and Fiction" seminar is available as a guild program. A Question and Answer session follows the seminar.
The "Open Thread Bar" workshops can be offered the same day or the next day with the same guidelines as outlined above for stores. The workshops are limited to 15 students. If you have a large number of interested quilters, we are willing to schedule an additional workshop the following day.
Sometimes a local store and guild work together to create a program for both groups. For example, the store will sponsor the workshops and the guild will sponsor the seminar. We are flexible and will work with you.
