Businesses Only Businesses may return items at their expense within 60 days of the original invoice date. All items must be in original and resalable condition (no additional labels, stickers attached). We reserve the right to refuse or adjust returns based on the condition of the returned products. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.
Availability If our products are not available in a store in your area (see Store Locator), please ask, beg, and plead with them to add Superior products. Until that happy day comes, you can order directly from us.

Thread Colors Although we attempt to make these color pictures as accurate as possible, actual thread colors may vary due to individual computer monitor resolution. Color charts made with the actual thread are available for $3.00 for each thread type.
