" I just have to tell you I LOVE the new Superior titanium needles. I just got through sewing on almost 300 Boy Scout patches for my son’s Jamboree troop. They’re thick, think, thick. I also hemmed a dozen polyester Boy Scout pants and removed and re-sewed 20 pockets onto polyester shirts—all with the same needle. Not only did the needle not break, it never even dulled (at least any dulling wasn’t perceptible to me). Great needle!

" I love these wonderful titanium-coated Topstitch needles.  They really do last longer and when I embroider with them, they work extremely well specially on the denser designs. I have used them for quilting as well and am amazed how much they go through and still remain sharp! The larger eye is a Godsend for these poor old eyes of mine and I don't get frustrated trying the thread the needles anymore. I tell anyone who will listen to use your new titanium needles.  Everyone of your customers should try them! " Although it is advertised for quilt piecing, I use Masterpiece for just about all regular sewing. I have used it since you introduced it. Although it is a very thin thread, it never has seemed fragile; a seam sewn with it never has split.  It is unbeatable for applique; the difference in my stitches is amazing since I started using it instead of the other brand. I often make smocked dresses for babies and small children; Masterpiece is perfect for the French seams that I usually sew in them. It's also perfect for any kind of heirloom sewing. Masterpiece is not just for piecing!  Masterpiece is my favorite by far. A belated thank you for introducing it and then for expanding the color line. " ~ e.l.

I've been doing heavy embroidery using your trilobal polyester threads, Rainbows, Highlights, and Nature Colors. I've done millions and millions of stitches. If you added up the lint from both machines, there wasn't enough to cushion a miniature Q-tip. Even compressed air didn't find any. I'll try not to let them go so long in the future but it's nice to know that with your threads, I don't have to worry. " ~ s.b.

" I have got to tell you about something that happened last night. I was sitting here in my sewing room when a storm took the power out. I was sitting in the complete dark, wondering where my flashlight was. I have a plastic set of 6 clear drawers to put my quilting supplies in and when I turned my head in the direction of where I thought my flashlight might be, there were two lights shining out of the thread drawer. I spent a few seconds wondering what that heck they were and then it occurred to me that it was my NiteLite thread. Well, needless to say, I had no trouble finding my flashlight. " The Bottom Line by Superior Threads is GREAT thread. I use it all the time now...and not just in the bobbin. It is 60 wt., so finer that "standard" 50-wt piecing thread, and stronger than a comparable 60-wt. cotton...means you get lots more on the bobbin. Comes in 50 colors..... it is fantastic for dense background quilting by machine---you don't get that "thready" look that you get with thick threads (like the 40-wt cottons). It also works really well as a machine applique invisible applique) thread...like silk thread, perhaps because of its sheen, it takes on the value of the color next to it. So if I use a medium green to applique leaves, it disappears on the edge, even if the fabric varies from a relatively light-medium to a relatively dark-medium. Also use it for couching down odd "stuff" on the top....because it is fine and chameleon-like, it kinda disappears into the yarns or whatever I'm stitching down. An added benefit I've found from using poly in both top and bottom is almost NO lint in the bobbin area/machine, even after quilting an entire quilt. " ~ s.s.

It is a polyester (not spun) high sheen variegated thread with a short color repeat of one inch. The effect is wonderful. I used a light pastel blend on a teal green and purple fabric. It picked up the colors in the fabric with a translucent shimmering effect. Can you say yum! The second thread I tried was the Perfect Quilter. I was somewhat hesitant to use this as I was afraid it was thick like Jeans stitch but it is not and ran just like it was named...Perfect! It is sew much fun to be getting these lovely variegated threads and even more fun when they don't cause unnecessary un-picking! No affiliation yadda, yadda, etc.. " I had not found a metallic thread that I can sew and it not break, etc. I bought the Superior Glitter thread pack and have just loved it. I have an almost identical looking set that I purchased from another company, and it shreds and breaks right and left. As an experiment, I tried switching back and forth, between the two brands, stitching the same design (the exact same part of design on same fabric) and while the other brand broke or knotted up, the Superior didn't. I was impressed. Looking at the threads on the spools the threads look identical (spool shape only is different, even the color looks the same). " Here's my tip to everyone: Go take a look Superior Threads. This is wonderful thread. Their metallic thread was totally "to die for. But take a really close look at the hologram thread (I believe it's called Glitter).This thread is so soft and supple when sewn that you can't believe that you can get that much glitz from such a soft thread.
