Please contact us at returns@superiorthreads.com for product returns.

Return Policy for Business Accounts

Items may be approved for return by contacting us within 30 days of the original invoice date. Once a return is approved, any items being shipped back to Superior are to be shipped at your expense. All items must be in original and resalable condition e.g. no additional labels or stickers attached, smoke exposure, physical damage, etc. We reserve the right to refuse and/or adjust returns based on the condition of the returned products. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to returns and the balance due will be posted as a credit on your account (store credit). All returned items must have been originally purchased directly from Superior Threads.

Return Policy for Industrial/Commercial Sewing Threads

Industrial threads may be approved for return by contacting us within 30 days of the original invoice date. Due to the wide variety of applications and workload of industrial thread, we cannot provide any product warranties.

Our industrial threads have been tested in house and by third-party testing facilities for colorfastness and durability. Because there are many factors involved in sewing and textiles, especially with industrial threads, please perform a sample test of thread and material before entering full production.
